Hi Chris, Once again had a lovely time. Apartment was fantastic as it was last year. It was so good last year that I recommended it to my sister Anne Marie who has also booked your apartment for one week. She is arriving with her family in Balaia tomorrow. Will definitely come back again next year.

Chris, Just a quick note to thank you for the use of the apartment - everything was in good order (both before and after our stay). We have had a fantastic holiday and hope to return in the future.If we do I will contact you back with a view to renting it from you again.

Chris Sorry for the delay in responding. We had a lovely time in Balaia. The apartment was fantastic - very comfortable and well appointed. The weather was great (the last sun we'll see for a few months). The resort was relatively quiet which suited us down to the ground and evidently well looked after by the staff. Great food, great wine and lovely people. All in all it was a really pleasant holiday - many thanks

Hi Chris, Just back to work today unfortunately!!!!! Had a fantastic week in your apartment thank you. I was delighted with the accommodation as it was exactly to my taste. Very modern, clean and kitted out with all the mod-cons. I have already recommended your apartment to many people back home and will definitely go back again next year. In fact the whole complex is very well run and thanks to all involved.

Hi Chris, I'm back in Canada now, and wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your beautiful apartment. We loved the golf course and pools, and thought everything was very convenient. We would definitely like to return to Portugal again, and when we do, I hope your apartment is available for rental! The village is gorgeous, and so well maintained. It was truly a joy to experience all Balaia had to offer. Thanks again for everything!

Hi Chris, Yes we are back to reality! Once again the apartment was spot on and the sun shone for the whole fortnight. The boys certainly enjoyed having their own TV (as did we!). The water filter was a big plus also. The boys spent all their time on the driving range and the golf course (using the golf clubs in the apartment). We had a car for the fortnight which really made a difference this time and we were able to see a lot more of Portugal. We did have a problem with luggage - we arrive 4pm Monday, our luggage 6.30pm Tuesday! We also had a bit of trouble with noise from other apartment (partying at night - it wouldn't have been so bad if we were invited!) but we spoke to reception and it was sorted out. Once again we had a brilliant holiday ably supported by the apartment, location and sunshine. We will certainly recommend your apartment to friends and you never know we might be e-mailing you again - soon! Thanks again for helping our holiday to be a big success.

Hi Chris, Just a short note to say we all had the most fantastic time in Balaia.......very reluctantly returned home early yesterday!! We all agreed, the accommodation was the most luxurious and well equipped we have ever stayed in in Europe, and we will be contacting you soon for details on booking for next August!! Our only problem was that we wished we had realised the walking distance the apartment was in relation to the pools and reception,we ended up having to arrange a car for the week when there, however this was no real effort, as all the staff at the resort are so friendly and helpful, making everything so much easier; we even had to use the local dentist and doctor, but again, all so easily arranged, speedy and fantastic care received each time. Thank you for all your help, making this holiday so easy to arrange, fantastic value, and very easy to enjoy!! We have already recommended you to several friends.

Chris, Just wanted to drop you a note to say how much we enjoyed our time in Portugal. The apartment was fantastic and all the staff at the centre were very friendly. We had a great time at The Cave with Johnny and as you know - "we wiz robbed!!" at the pop quiz. Equally your recommendation of the Dom Carlos restaurant was spot on. The added trip to Seville and the bull fight along with the great weather really made our time there enjoyable. I look forward (if possible) to booking up for next year.

Hi Chris, We had a great time at your apartment. The weather was sunny, just one blip with rain on Friday night, but it was good to get some sun. The 9 hole golf course was in great condition and we enjoyed ourselves in the competition. Thanks for organising the car and the pick-up at the airport it all went very smoothly.

Chris, Thank you for the use of your apartment in Portugal. It was everything we expected and more. The weather was just fine and despite a couple of days of rain it was sweater weather. Great for golf. That little par three course is just what we needed after six months of no golf. It's a great way to start off the season. Your apartment is very comfortable and well appointed. We lacked for nothing It is ten years since we were last in the Algarve and it has mushroomed in the meantime. I'm not sure I'd like to be there in high season - it must be wall to wall with people.
